i stayed for two nights and i found the location very convenient. the helpful man at the reception gave me a map with lovely places nearby (it was very useful!). the breakfast room staff were friendly, and the food tasted delicious.
The walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint. They looked slightly worn.

the hotel's location is superb because it is near to paddington station. there are several restaurants and pubs nearby. hyde park is also within walking distance.

the hotel provided a map that showed many places nearby (that was a nice touch!). the staff were very pleasant and eager to help when approached with questions. the overnight receptionist showed excellent service by retrieving a lost bag.

the room was clean and tidy with everything i needed. it was located on the top floor (i did not mind) and the view of st mary's hospital was lovely. the shower was warm and heated quickly.

The overnight receptionist provided excellent service! they located my lost bag left near the hotel, keeping it safe until i could collect it the next day. I'm very grateful. customer service was excellent from the reception to the kitchen. the hotel moved my family to a larger, more spacious room.
my room was very small! the dominating color was grey, and it looked more like a cell. also, one night i had to inform the receptionist that the central heating wasn't working.

noisy roommissing toiletries
the stairs were definitely a problem , especially with luggage. the bathroom was small , i could barely move. the room felt noisy , i heard everything happening outside and in other rooms. i also noticed that toiletries were not provided , a basic addition i expect.

I found the location to be SO convenient, especially with its closeness to the train station. The friendly staff were ALWAYS ready to help and made everything easier. I ESPECIALLY appreciated the provided essentials like towels and the water boiler!
My room was slightly smaller than I expected. It was A LITTLE tight with luggage.

The location proved convenient as it was close to many food places and Paddington Station. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and they were able to quickly answer my questions.
My room was quite small, and it only had a small window facing a courtyard. I thought it felt more like a cell than a room because the dominant color was gray.
